RETURN & EXCHANGE:

All of our prints and frames are undergo thorough inspection before packaging and shipping to patrons/customers. In the unlikely case that a damaged product is delivered to the patron/customer, a replacement product will be shipped on the return of the damaged product. To ensure smooth processing of return/exchange claims, please ensure that the customer films the opening of the shipped package on video.

Returns and exchanges will be approved on case-by-case basis only when there is supporting proof of damage during shipping.

REFUNDS:

For cancellations before the product is shipped, a refund amounting to 75% of the purchase amount will be processed in 7-10 working days.

For cancellations after the product is shipped, a refund amounting to 50% of the purchase amount only will be processed, once the product is returned back as a sealed shipment, in 10-15 working days.

Free shipping all over India via DTDC/BlueDart/IndiaPost.

Standard shipping rates from FedEx/DHL are applicable. Shipping charges may vary based on shipping address, and must be paid by the patron/customer. The product will be shipped to international addresses once all the dues (applicable taxes, shipping fee, import/export duty) are cleared by the customer.

Personal Use refers to non-commercial use of the prints for display at homes, offices, and other properties and spaces where the prints do not directly or indirectly generate any form of remuneration.

The prints may not be scanned, digitized, modified, edited, manipulated, photocopied, reproduced, resold, repurposed in any form - physical or digital, without the express written permission of the photographer.
